FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 515 AM EDT /415 AM CDT/ WEDNESDAY

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of north central and northern Indiana, including  the following counties, in north central Indiana, Kosciusko. In northern Indiana, Fulton IN, La Porte, Marshall, Pulaski, Starke and White.
* WHEN...Until 515 AM EDT /415 AM CDT/.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1116 PM EDT /1016 PM CDT/, Doppler radar and automated
    rain gauges indicated heavy rain. Overflowing poor drainage
    areas will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Between
    2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding.

    Plymouth, Rochester, Knox, Winamac, Bourbon, Monon, North
    Judson, Argos, Culver, Mentone, Francesville, Medaryville, La
    Crosse, Pulaski, Walnut, Tippecanoe, Oak Grove, Ripley,
    Kewanna and Etna Green.

Instructions:

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
