* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following counties, in east central Indiana, Fayette and Wayne. In southeast Indiana, Franklin.
* WHEN...Until 315 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1216 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Richmond, Connersville, Centerville, Cambridge City, Hagerstown, Fountain City, Dublin, Glenwood, Franklin, Waterloo, Columbia, Bunker Hill, Milton, Greens Fork, East Germantown, Bethel, Economy, Mount Auburn, Beesons and Jacksonburg.
