* WHERE...The following counties, in east central Indiana, Fayette, Union and Wayne.
* WHEN...Until 245 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1241 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Richmond, Connersville, Liberty, Salem, Abington, Brownsville, Boston, Clifton, Kitchel, Witts Station, Whitewater State Park, Goodwins Corner, Cottage Grove, Philomath, Dunlapsville, Richmond Municipal Airport, Billingsville, Springersville, Alquina and Fairhaven.
