* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...The following county, in east central Indiana, Wayne and the following county, in west central Ohio, Darke.
* WHEN...Until 345 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 128 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Richmond, Greenville, Eaton, Centerville, Versailles, Arcanum, Lewisburg, Union City, New Paris, Ansonia, New Madison, Webster, Wayne Lakes, Gettysburg, Eldorado, Verona, West Manchester, Pitsburg, Spring Grove and Hollansburg.
* AFFECTED AREAS: WAYNE, IN ... DARKE, OH
