Detective Kyle Gibson charged 55-year-old James Lee Larry of Marion with felony Breaking or Entering to Terrorize/Injure and misdemeanor Assault. Larry received a $20,000 secured bond.
On June 12th, Deputies responded to a residence in Marion for a report of an assault. Detective Gibson determined Larry had entered the victim’s residence without authorization and assaulted him. Larry was arrested on July 5th upon the conclusion of the investigation.
