Flood Advisory until 02:15PM

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, De Kalb, Kosciusko, Lagrange, Noble, Steuben and Whitley and southwest Michigan, including the following county, Branch.

* WHEN...Until 215 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. River or stream flows are elevated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1014 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 3 and 6 inches of rain have fallen in the last 24 hours, leading to areas of flooding along roadways and elevated rivers and streams. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Warsaw, Auburn, Coldwater, Kendallville, Columbia City, Angola, Garrett, Winona Lake, Ligonier, Syracuse, Lagrange, Tri-lakes, Avilla, Albion, Bronson, Waterloo, Fremont, Churubusco, Quincy and Hamilton. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
