* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of southeast Michigan, including the following counties, Genesee and Lapeer.
* WHEN...Until 400 PM EDT.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 201 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain associated with the remnants of Beryl. Broadcast media reported that areas of flooding are occurring in the warned area. Around 1 inch of rain has fallen since 12 PM, on top of the 2 and 5 inches of rain observed before that. - The heaviest rainfall has ended, but additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area through this afternoon. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Flint, Davison, Burton, Mount Morris, Crossroads Village, Beecher, Genesee and Elba. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
