Due to the high temperatures expected in the region this week, the Paramount Park Community Center (14400 Paramount Blvd.) will be activated as a Cooling Center from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 10 and Thursday, July 11. Water and nutritional snacks will be provided in a temperature controlled environment to help individuals of all ages beat the heat.
