forecast.

* WHERE...Yellow River at Plymouth.
* WHEN...From Thursday morning to early Saturday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 13.5 feet, Some residential and commercial properties
near the Jefferson Street Bridge begin to flood.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 5:45 PM EDT Wednesday /4:45 PM CDT Wednesday/ the stage
was 9.7 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
tomorrow morning to a crest of 13.5 feet early Friday
morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Friday
afternoon.
- Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
13.5 feet on 02/04/1968.
