FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT FROM THURSDAY MORNING TO EARLY SATURDAY AFTERNOON

.The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in 
Indiana...
  Yellow River at Plymouth affecting Marshall, St. Joseph and 
  Starke Counties.
.Recent rainfall from the remnants of Hurricane Beryl led to rises 
on area rivers. Additional rainfall is not expected.
For the Yellow River...including Plymouth, Knox...Minor flooding is 
forecast.
FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT FROM THURSDAY MORNING TO EARLY 
SATURDAY AFTERNOON...
* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Yellow River at Plymouth.
* WHEN...From Thursday morning to early Saturday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 13.5 feet, Some residential and commercial properties 
  near the Jefferson Street Bridge begin to flood.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 5:45 PM EDT Wednesday /4:45 PM CDT Wednesday/ the stage
    was 9.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    tomorrow morning to a crest of 13.5 feet early Friday
    morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Friday
    afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    13.5 feet on 02/04/1968.

Instructions:

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
