* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 PM EDT Wednesday the stage was 16.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight and continue falling to 7.5 feet Wednesday, July 17. - Flood stage is 16.0 feet. - Impact...At 13.0 feet, Some low lands adjacent to the river flood. At 16.0 feet, Some low spots on Millar Road flood. Water reaches the bottoms of the Garfield, Uitca and Hayes Road bridges. Low land flooding increases. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
