* WHERE...A portion of northern New Jersey, including the following counties, Morris, Sussex and Warren.
* WHEN...From 6 AM EDT this morning through Saturday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Widespread showers and thunderstorms combined with tropical moisture will result in areas of heavy rainfall across the watch area from this morning through Saturday. Rainfall rates may exceed 1 to 2 inches per hour.
