* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers with embedded thunderstorms are expected to shift through the area today through Saturday. Any thunderstorm will have the potential to produce heavy downpours that may lead to flooding. A total of 1 to 2 inches of rainfall is anticipated with locally higher amounts.
