St. Joseph River At Burlington affecting Calhoun County. .The St. Joseph River at Burlington has continued to rise overnight and is approaching Flood Stage of 6.5 feet early this morning. The river is forecast to crest just above Flood Stage this afternoon and evening.

* IMPACTS...At 6.5 feet, Expect minor flooding of crawl spaces to homes adjacent to the river upstream.
