* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1220 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly across portions of the warned area. Up to 4 inches of rain have already fallen where it's been the heaviest. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
