2. Resisting Arrest (1510) 1500 Block of Pacific Avenue, Lakeview District
Officers were near the listed area when they attempted to detain a suspect who fled an area business with unpaid merchandise. The suspect discarded a weapon from his pocket, and force was required to take the suspect into custody. ARRESTED: Andres Lepe, 37, for resisting arrest and petty theft.
