Ellie was last seen at about 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, 7/11/24, at the Casa Arroyo Apartments on Racho Arroyo Parkway in Fremont. Ellie is under the custody of her father, who resides in Fremont, and the father passed away earlier today. Ellie has not been located since.
