* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of northeast Illinois, including the following counties, Cook and DuPage.
* WHEN...Until 400 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 245 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional heavy rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Chicago, Cicero, Schaumburg, Skokie, Des Plaines, Berwyn, Wheaton, Oak Park, Downers Grove, Elmhurst, Lombard, Ohare Airport, Carol Stream, Park Ridge, Addison, Glendale Heights, Elk Grove Village, Niles, Austin and South Lawndale. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
