Advisory
On 07/14/24 at 1:00am a Janesville Police Officer stopped a vehicle for an equipment violation. Contact was made with York Polk who was driving the vehicle. Polk displayed signs of being under the influence of an intoxicant and failed standardized field sobriety testing. He was arrested and refused to submit to a blood test. A warrant was applied for and granted by a Rock County Judge to seize Polk’s blood. A blood sample was taken and York was held at the Rock County Jail on the following charges pending court:
