THROUGH LATE MONDAY NIGHT...
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of northern Indiana, including the following 
  areas, Cass IN, Eastern St. Joseph IN, Fulton IN, Marshall, 
  Northern La Porte, Pulaski, Southern La Porte, Starke, Western St. 
  Joseph IN and White and southwest Michigan, including the 
  following areas, Cass MI, Northern Berrien and Southern Berrien.
* WHEN...From 11 PM EDT  /10 PM CDT/ this evening through late 
  Monday night.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, 
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. 
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Heavy rainfall over the past week has led to moist soils
    across the region. Additional heavy rainfall is expected late
    tonight and Monday.  The additional heavy rainfall will be
    mainly in the form of runoff posing a risk of flooding.
