Automated rain gages reported 2.20 inches in the past hour at Ruthroff near La Cholla, 1.50 inches at I-10 and 22nd Street and 1.54 inches at I-10 at the CDO Wash. In general, between 1.00 and 2.25 inches of has fallen. Reports of stalled vehicles have been reported along I-10. Flash flooding is already occurring. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding.
