* IMPACTS...Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Underpasses may be flooded. Roads and streets may be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1023 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms with rain rates up to 1-2 inches per hour. Flooding of roadways and underpasses is expected shortly. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
