* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of southwest Michigan, including the following county, Kent.
* WHEN...Until 830 AM EDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads will be closed due to flooding. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 225 AM EDT, reliable reports have been received of heavy rain in the warned area. Flooding is already occurring. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Grand Rapids, Wyoming, Kentwood, Walker, Grandville, East Grand Rapids, Comstock Park and Northview. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Instructions:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding. Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law enforcement and request they pass this information to the National Weather Service when you can do so safely.
