* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of southwest Michigan, including the following county, Kent.
* WHEN...Until 830 AM EDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Low-water crossings, especially 28th and Division, are inundated with water and are not passable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 228 AM EDT, reliable reports have been received of an area of very heavy rainfall across the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Grand Rapids, Wyoming, Kentwood, Walker, Grandville, East Grand Rapids, Comstock Park and Northview. - Several cars at 28th and Division are trapped in water. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Instructions:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding. Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law enforcement and request they pass this information to the National Weather Service when you can do so safely.
