As a result of ongoing paving operations in Morristown, Elm St. will be detoured for a short period this morning to accommodate the paving of Altamont Ct. and the adjoining intersection with Elm St.  Motorists will be detoured to Hill St., Ford Ave., to Franklin St., and vice versa.  This Elm St. closure will only be in affect for a period of a few hours this morning as paving will commence there.  Franklin St. will also be detoured to Franklin Pl,, Hill St., and Ford Ave. while paving occurrs in the intersection of Green Hill Rd.  Paving operations should be completed by the evening rush hour today.  We thank you for your cooperation.
