* WHAT...Flooding caused by additional excessive rainfall tonight 
  continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of northern Indiana, including the following 
  areas, Cass IN, Eastern St. Joseph IN, Fulton IN, Marshall, 
  Northern La Porte, Pulaski, Southern La Porte, Starke, Western St. 
  Joseph IN and White and southwest Michigan, including the 
  following areas, Cass MI, Northern Berrien and Southern Berrien.
* WHEN...Until 2 AM EDT /1 AM CDT/ Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and 
  rivers are possible. Area creeks and streams are running high and 
  could flood with additional heavy rain tonight.
