* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A cluster of thunderstorms will race east-southeastward out of Iowa this evening...mainly impacting locations along and north of the I-74 corridor.
