At 1259 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 12 miles southeast of Mountain City to 19 miles southwest of Charleston to 8 miles southwest of Tuscarora to near Midas. Movement was east at 20 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Brief heavy rainfall along with gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Charleston, Tuscarora, Chicken Creek Summit, Willow Creek Reservoir, North Fork, Wild Horse Reservoir, and Midas Mine.
