* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1140 PM EDT, Radar indicated heavy rain moving into Kalamazoo County. Minor flooding is expected to begin overnight. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
