* WHERE...Portions of Illinois, including the following areas, Marion IL, Randolph IL and Washington IL and Missouri, including the following areas, Crawford MO, Iron MO, Madison MO, Reynolds MO, Saint Francois MO, Sainte Genevieve MO and Washington MO.
* WHEN...From this evening through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Thunderstorms are expected to produce heavy rain this evening and overnight, which may lead to localized flash flooding. Rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches will be possible in narrow corridors where thunderstorms track over the same areas. Locally higher amounts will also be possible.
