Public Works crews are out cleaning up derbis from storm damage. Priority has been given to roadways and sidewalks to provide safe travel to motorists and pedestrians. Please contact 815-838-0549 option 8 with emergency requests. Please submit all non-emergency requests via the City's online service portal to keep phone lines clear for emergency requests at Submit A Service Request. We appreciate your patience as our crews make their way through storm debris damaged areas.
