Flash Flood WARNING

NWS has issued a Flash Flood WARNING until 11 AM for Washington County. Low lying roads are impassable, both back roads and highways including Interstate 64 in some areas. WARNING extended until 1 PM.

Instructions:

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
