INCIDENT: PC 243(D) - Battery with Serious Bodily Injury
LOCATION: 2000 Block of Carty Way, Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): Robert Testani, 21-years-old, Resident of Needles, CA
VICTIM(S): CONFIDENTIAL
SUMMARY: On Monday, July 15, 2024, at approximately 1:11 p.m., deputies assigned to the Colorado River Station/Needles Police Department responded to the 2000 block of Carty Way, reference an assault.
Deputies arrived on scene and learned that Robert Testani assaulted the victim, causing serious injury to his face.
Testani was arrested for PC 243(D) - Battery with Serious Bodily Injury and was transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking. Testani remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with a bail amount of $40,000.00, awaiting a court hearing.
