* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of south central Illinois, including the following county, southern Marion.
* WHEN...Until 215 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1206 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.2 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Centralia, Salem, Sandoval, Wamac, Central City, Odin, Helm, Iuka, Junction City, Kell, Cartter and Selmaville.
* AFFECTED AREAS: MARION, IL
