Hydrant Diagnostic Flow Testing will be performed on Wednesday & Thursday possibly causing brown water. 
Crews will be performing Diagnostic Flow Testing on Hydrants throughout the city on Wednesday and Thursday this week. This could possibly cause water to have some discoloration. The discoloration is caused by mineral deposits in the line. The water has been tested and meets the EP Safe Water Guidelines. You can run your COLD water for about 10 minutes and the water should clear up. As they perform the testing there will be some water running down the streets as well.
