The Richmond Fire Department advises residents from Pullman Point Apartments and vecinity to remain indoors due to smoke blowing east from nearby grassfire on Carlson Blvd. Pullman Ave. Please ensure windows and doors are closed to avoid exposure to smoke until conditions improve.
