To report an outage, call 1-888-LIGHTSS (1-888-544-4877).
As soon as we have information, we will share this with the Township.
In addition, please be very aware of the High Heat today, check on your neighbors especially those who are elderly and at risk.
The Township Building at 2 Municipal Way is open as a Cooling Center and Charging Station today from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Please Use Extreme Caution When Traveling Throughout the Township Today – There are still numerous power lines and trees down due to last evening’s storm.
There are currently 1,472 JCP&L Customers in the Township without power – please make sure that you call JCP&L to Report Your Outage. Please do not assume that JCP&L is aware of your outage. Here are ways to report:
Text Messaging
- To report an outage: Text OUT to 544487 (LIGHTS).
- If you’re not enrolled in text messaging, text REG to 544487 to get started.
- To receive the latest update for your reported outage: Text STAT to 544487.
