Flood Warning until 08:45PM Wednesday

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall.

* WHERE...Portions of central and north central Arkansas, including the following counties, in central Arkansas, Conway, Faulkner and White. In north central Arkansas, Baxter, Boone, Cleburne, Fulton, Independence, Izard, Marion, Searcy, Sharp, Stone and Van Buren.

* WHEN...Until 845 PM CDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1150 AM CDT, Numerous automated rain gauges and local observations indicate that some locations have received well in excess of 6 inches of rainfall. Numerous creeks and rivers are flooding or still rising, this includes but is not limited to Crooked Creek, Sylamore Creek, Cadron Creek, Little Red River, Buffalo River and the Upper White River. Numerous county roads have been washed out with water levels along low water crossings remaining dangerously high. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Conway... Searcy...
