Traffic Advisory: Fairfield Beach, Sunset 5K - Wed, July 17th 
On Wednesday, July 17, 2024, the Fairfield Police Union Sunset 5K will begin at 6:30 PM at Jennings Beach with participants running a route through the beach area (see attached map).
Road closures will begin at 5:30PM until runners have cleared the course. Police and other traffic controls will be in place to assist runners and motorists.
There will be No Parking signs posted along the route.
The event is rain or shine but may be delayed in the event of lightning.
