West 21st Avenue (US 190 BUS) Lane Closures for Roadwork 
This message is to inform you of upcoming lane closures on West 21st Avenue (US 190 BUS) (both eastbound and westbound) for roadwork scheduled to begin Monday, July 22nd, 2024, and continue through Sunday, August 4th, 2024 (weather permitting).
Closure Information:
This is an alternating lane closure on West 21st Avenue (US 190 BUS) between Ronald Reagan Highway (US 190) and South Tyler Street (LA 21) occurring on weekdays between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM (weather permitting). One lane will remain open at all times.
Reason for Closure:
Patching and milling operations.
Restrictions:
There will be no vehicle restrictions, and emergency vehicles will have access. Motorists may encounter delays during this time.

The City of Covington and LA DOTD appreciate your patience and remind you to please drive with caution through the work zone and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
