Flood Advisory until 04:00AM Thursday 
* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of East Arkansas, including the following county, Phillips and North Mississippi, including the following counties, Coahoma, Quitman and Tallahatchie.
* WHEN...Until 400 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 100 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Clarksdale, Tutwiler, Dublin, Sherard, Belen, Vance, Lyon, Hopson, Lurand, Claremont, Mattson, Counts, Beverly, Bobo, Beaver Dam, Sabino, Barksdale, Green Grove, Rena Lara and Longstreet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Instructions:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
