* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Crockett, Irion, Kimble, Mason, Menard, Schleicher, Sutton and Tom Green.

* WHEN...Until 1145 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 844 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated pockets of heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Rainfall of 1-2 inches is possible in some areas in a short amount of time, and this may cause flooding of low water crossings, city streets, and other poor drainage areas. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Sonora, Junction, Eldorado, Menard, Ozona, Fort Mckavett, Roosevelt, Telegraph, South Llano River State Park, Segovia, London, and Barnhart. - This includes Interstate 10 between Mile Markers 359 and 477. This includes the following Low Water Crossings... US HWY 377 crossing South Llano River, Park Road 73 crossing South Llano River, crossings along FM 1221, US HWY 377 crossing 2 miles North of Telegraph, RM 2291 crossings along Bear Creek, FM 2169 crossing Johnson Fork Creek, Toe Nail crossing San Saba River, FM 2169 crossing Johnson Fork Creek, FM 2169 crossing Johnson Fork Creek and CR 150 crossing South Llano River.
