Open pool hours offered at Hoboken High School; ResilienCity Park basketball court to close for repairs
City offers residents open pool hours at Hoboken High School
The Hoboken High School indoor pool will be open to residents for two weeks this summer, through a partnership between the City of Hoboken and the Hoboken Board of Education.
From July 29 through August 9 the pool, located at 800 Clinton St., will be open Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. and on Fridays from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Participants must first register to utilize the pool at Hoboken.RecDesk.com.
The pool capacity is capped at 20 swimmers and access will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Anyone in the pool area must be registered. Children under 18 must be with a parent or guardian or have a signed minor swim waiver.
A lifeguard will be on duty during all open hours.
Please be advised, the basketball court at ResilienCity Park will close for resurfacing repairs on Monday, July 22, 2024.
Crews will be on site from approximately 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. beginning July 22, to replace the coating on the surface. The repair is anticipated to take approximately three weeks.
Fencing around the court will be locked and signs will be posted.
