The Alameda County Water District (ACWD) Main Renewal – Central Newark Thornton Avenue Project will commence full construction in July 2024.
The Project is located on Thornton Avenue, between Cedar Boulevard and Cherry Street, and is anticipated to be complete in Summer 2025.
