1. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (1510) 1000 Block of North Wilson Way, Park District
The male victim, 30, was working at an area business when the suspect assaulted him after confronting him for stolen merchandise. Officers located the suspect, and force was required to take the suspect into custody. No injuries were reported, and the victim declined medical attention. ARRESTED: Patrick Spray, 46, for assault with a deadly weapon, resisting arrest, and outstanding warrants.
2. Weapon Arrest (1857) Cherbourg Way and Hollywood Drive, Valley Oak District
Officers conducted an enforcement stop for traffic violations. A search was conducted, and a loaded rifle was located. ARRESTED: DeJuan Holliman, 26, for weapon charges.
3. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (2002) 3000 Block of Monte Diablo Avenue, Civic District
The female victim, 28, was assaulted by the suspect after she denied having any money to give him. The victim was treated at an area hospital for a non-life-threatening injury. SUSPECT: Hispanic male, 55-65.
4. Shooting into a Dwelling (0040) 4900 Block of Moorcraft Circle, Seaport District
The female victim, 56, was awakened by gunfire and the sound of her glass door breaking. The victim had no injuries. There is no suspect information.
