* WHAT...Poor drainage flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Southern Rockland County in southeast New York, and northern Bergen County in northeast New Jersey.
* WHEN...Until 515 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 214 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain capable of causing poor drainage flooding. Radar estimates between 0.75 and 1.25 inches of rain have already fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected. - Some locations that could experience flooding include... Nanuet, Nyack, Tappan, Pearl River, Orangeburg, Upper Nyack, Westwood, Hillsdale, River Vale, Valley Cottage, Washington Township, Park Ridge, Montvale, Old Tappan, Woodcliff Lake, Blauvelt, Bardonia, South Nyack, West Nyack and Saddle River. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
