Petaluma Police need assistance on locating missing person at risk 
The Petaluma Police Department is requesting the publics assistance in locating a missing 91-year-old woman, Louise Vilner-Morgan. She was last seen around 12:30 PM hours on Today’s date, near Western Avenue and Kentucky Street. Louise is a Caucasian woman, 4’9”, with grey hair and brown eyes. Louise was last seen wearing a grey long sleeve shirt, black pants, black shoes and carrying a black purse.
Louise does not have a cell phone and is considered at risk due to her age and cognitive impairment.
