At 640 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Woodville to near Bay City to near Cannon Falls. Movement was southeast at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Red Wing, Cannon Falls, Ellsworth, Zumbrota, Baldwin, Woodville, Goodhue, Stanton, Wanamingo, Pepin, Elmwood, and Eau Galle. This includes the following highways... Interstate 94 in Wisconsin between mile markers 17 and 25. U.S. Highway 61 between mile markers 82 and 104.
