* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following counties, Edwards, Kinney, Real, Uvalde and Val Verde.

* WHEN...Until 1215 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 910 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Brackettville, Comstock, Leakey, Loma Alta, Camp Wood, Alamo Village, Carta Valley, Barksdale, Montell, Laguna, Cline, Reagan Wells, Tuff, Garner State Park, Rio Frio, Concan, Kickapoo Cavern State Park, Turkey Mountain, Fort Clark Springs and Vinegarone. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
