20th South Street from Valley Street to the TH 14 interchange is planned to be opened to local traffic by mid day Monday, July 29th. After phase one is opened to traffic, phase two of 20th South Street from Broadway to the CP Railroad tracks will be closed for utility and roadway reconstruction. At that time, access to businesses off of 20th South Street will be closed.

Temporary business signage will be installed for phase 2. Access to businesses north of 20th South will use 19th South Street from Broadway. Access to business south of 20th South will use Cottonwood Street and Bridge Street.
