The National Weather Service in Elko has issued a Fire Weather Watch, which is in effect from Thursday afternoon into Thursday evening.
* AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zone 437.
* WIND...Sustained southwest to west winds 15 to 20 mph, with gusts near 35 mph.
* HUMIDITY...Relative humidity values as low as 11 percent.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
* AFFECTED AREAS: HUMBOLDT COUNTY - QUINN
